Position Summary and Responsibilities:
  • Fully accountable and responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the business enabling departments, customer support, logistic, planning and warehouse.

 

 


Responsibilities include:

  • Help drive company's business growth by providing efficient, effective and reliable support services to he sales team and customers in accordance with the set KPIs and Performance Management.
  • Implement and Manage a effective workflow to ensure the integration and cohesiveness of the customer support/logistic/planning & warehouse functions with proper internal controls.
  • Effective & accurate stock forecasting and planning to ensure sustainable stocking leave in line with regional supply chain management policy and direction to meet customers' demand and promised service level.
  • Help improve working capital
  • Improve turnaround time of orders
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustainability of service level and harmonious coordination with customers/sales & service team and regional supply chain to achieve common business objectives.
  • Jointly responsible for key accounts management on reliable stock forecasting /planning & superior delivery/customer services.
  • Distributor/supply/contract management - Best Business Practice.
  • Lead role to assist in implementing a localized performance driven CRM system.
  • Lead role to assist Management in setting up a Telesales/Marketing Service department.
 

Qualifications Include:

  • Tertiary education or professional qualification in business studies, business administration, commerce or marketing.
  • 10 years working experience in MNC manufacturing or trading environment in various business supporting roles in customer service, logistics/planning, distribution management, business trends analysis with proven track records.
  • 3 years in managerial position with good communication skills and abilities at all levels.
  • Strong team player, good leadership qualities, strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
  • Able to work and perform under tight datelines and necessary work pressure.
  • Physically healthy, outgoing and pleasant looking.
  • Able to travel locally and regionally as and when deem necessary for business visit and meeting.
  • Can speak and write good and fluent English is mandatory. Can speak and write good Bahasa & local dialects and mandarin will be an added advantage.
